Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.


Tracking Your Order

Where available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

BumMiris has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We may be unable to intercept the order once it has been shipped.
  • If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll happily assist by lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
