At BumMiris, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you:

  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Changed your mind after placing an order
  • No longer want the item
  • Ordered the incorrect quantity

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A full refund

at our discretion.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a product has a minor fault, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Returns

If we approve a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original sealed packaging
  • Include all original contents

Unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • We sent the wrong product, or
  • The item is faulty.

Sale Items

Sale, promotional and clearance items are only eligible for a refund or replacement if they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
